Project Lisa – construction ready FRU

Project description

Gasfin, in partnership with NYK has developed a highly flexible, regasification barge suitable for speculative construction and multiple redeployment. Designed for service in conjunction with an existing LNG carrier to provide requisite LNG storage, the Gasfin FRU will allow new markets of 200,000 to 2 million tonnes per annum to achieve lowest cost access to the global LNG supply chain.

The FRU can be made available in 18 months against short, medium or long term contract commitments

Project Bonnie - Integrated floating mid-scale LNG system

Project description

Gasfin has an exclusive contract to provide the mid-scale LNG infrastructure including two FSRUs and a dedicated LNG carrier to enable the delivery of LNG to the new 220 MW power plants built and operated by EDF in Martinique and Guadeloupe. The power plants, which currently run on low sulphur heavy fuel oil, will be converted to dual fuel engines to allow the burning of cleaner and less expensive natural gas.
